Tracked Delivery
All orders are shipped using a tracked delivery service, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
UK Delivery

Orders placed by 9:00am (UTC) are aimed to be delivered the next working day

Orders placed after 9:00am will be dispatched the next working day

Delivery is free on orders over £49

Orders under £49 are charged £4.99 delivery
Please note that next-day delivery is an aim, not a guarantee, and may be affected by factors outside our control.
International Delivery
For international orders:

We aim to deliver within 2–10 working days, depending on destination

Returns & Refunds Policy
Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
If you are a customer in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You do not need to give a reason for cancellation.
How to Start a Return

Once you have notified us, you must return the item to us within 14 days.
Conditions for Returns
Returned items must:

Customised & Personalised Items
Customised or personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes any item made to your specifications, such as:

Made-to-order products
This exclusion is permitted under UK consumer law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Original delivery costs will not be refunded and return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer if an item is damaged.

Return Shipping Costs

We recommend using a tracked service or signed for — we are not responsible for items lost in transit to ensure you get your refund on time.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Any fees incurred once the order reaches the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Customs authorities determine these fees, and payment is required to release your order. Failure to pay customs charges may result in the order being delayed, returned, or destroyed. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
